I work closely with students of all ages, teaching them tools and strategies to conquer life challenges so they can create a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.
I offer five types of programs: Private 1:1 Coaching, Group Coaching, Online/Virtual Classes, Live Workshops/Retreats, and I also coach Fraternal (and other) Organizations.
To serve my clients at the highest level, I keep a limit to the number of students in my private 1:1 “MoJo Community” and most members who get in, don’t leave. They renew year after year and so it’s VERY rare that there are any openings.

My Coaching Strategies
Through my clinical case work, I’ve discovered there are four stages of challenges that span a student’s career, that I’ve outlined below. This is a foundation of the type Coaching Program I facilitate for students nationwide:
adjusting and acclimating to the academic, social, emotional, mental and physical challenges and pressures they face within their community;
growing and developing as a student demonstrating exceptional integrity and character;
leading and serving as a balanced student authentically living a life of core values, and;
preparing themself for the future.
From coaching students over the years, I’ve learned that to effectively guide a student through those four stages of his/her academic career, we must focus on five areas of development:
Personal Growth- Discovering ``who I (authentically) am``, identifying one's unique gifts and talents, and staying true to his/her values, morals and guiding principles.
Intellectual Development- Focus on academic performance, emotional and cultural growth.
Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Physical Health and Wellness- Maintaining a healthy quality of life in all four areas.
Leadership- Use the opportunities offered within the school for growth and to gain experience as a Leader.
Professional Development- Use his/her new skills as preparation for career success.
